Close to I-880, movies, and restaurants
I stayed for two nights. There was a little headache when checking in as my room wasn’t ready when they said it was over the phone. I took another room to rest while they worked on cleaning my room (1.5 hours). When my room was finished I entered and opened the window and the window popped out on me. The receptionist was obviously embarrassed. However, they made no attempt to compensate in any way for my room not being ready then having a defective room when it was ready. If this was a 4-5 star I would have made a stink but the rates were so inexpensive and the rest of the stay went well that it became more of a funny story than anything. The location is great for food. It’s in a major shopping center with tons of restaurants and a movie theater.

Did not have to drive to go to restaurants, coffee shops,etc. Very convenient location, indeed!

Dirty
We arrived at the hotel late at night and were checked in quickly. Our shock is when we got to our room, it was filthy. The toilet did not flush and there was urine/hair all around the toilet and floor. There were pieces of streamers taped to the walls, stale cigarette smoke smell, the kitchen area was dirty, the carpet needed vacuuming and a good cleaning, it was disgusting. I called to the front desk, but since it so was late, there was no one to handle the issues. We had our 1 1/2 yr old granddaughter with us,and just finishes a 10 hour drive , so we just slept on top of the covers and slept for about 5 hours. As soon as we rested for a little bit, I went to the front desk and immediately checked out. They still charged us for 1 night, I would NEVER recommend this place or EVER stay there or at any of their properties again. We have many choices as to where we can spend our money, and it will be somewhere that has some respect and cares for the customers comfort. There is also a bar/restaurant in front of the property, and as we were checking in there were a large group of drunks yelling and carrying on outside. Didn’t feel real safe out leaving my car outside.
