Double Billing
I prepaid for 3 rooms (separate reservations) via Expedia, but my guests were still charged for their rooms. The general manager was unapologetic but eventually credited my guests. I’ve neverexperienced such an avoidable error before and was disppointed that the manager didn’t seem concerned (perhaps it happens all the time?) It was only by luck that I subsequently learned of the double charges.

Expedia Double Double - Watch Out!
When we arrived we were given a room with a double bed and a pull-out double-sized sofa. It was a big football weekend and we were in competition with the visiting team - BUT - I do NOT consider that the same as two double beds.
