Stay away
First they lost the Expedia reservation, and wouldn’t book a room until I retrieved it from my computer. We were only there one night (family reunion), and there was no hot water on Saturday night (7/28). Said they were changing boilers or something like that. After two hours the water became lukewarm, and we could at least shower, but missed a great deal of that evening’s activities. The AC barely cooled the room, and it was uncomfortably warm. No hair dryer in room, coffee maker didn’t work, hotel in general state of disrepair, mold/mildew had us sneezing the entire time there. Tiny 13" TV in a big armoire. One of the elevators out so it always took forever to catch an elevator. Really a dump - Expedia needs to visit and change their star rating to ensure people know what they’re getting into.

very disappointed.
This past weekend i took a trip to Laredo Tx with my family and stayed at a hotel provided by Expedia. The Hotel itself was a total disappointment as it lacked serious cleanliness, professionalism and was overall in very poor conditions. The lobby restrooms and elevator was out of service, the rooms smelled disgusting, Dogs in nearby rooms barking all night at the train that constantly passes only a block away neither letting one sleep and worst when one has infants and the FULL BREAKFAST that is supposed to be included NO longer exist due to new management so we were told by a hotel rep. Overall Expedia disappointed me on this recent trip and only hope something is done so this doesn’t continue to occur to myself or other valued customers.
