No Concern For Guest
In a nutshell. Reserved a nonsmoking room, OVER 30 days in advance for 10 night stay. Check in, sorry all we have is smoking. Request an air purifier on 2nd night, we don’t have any, maybe you could buy one tomorrow,(under $50.00 at any box store) anything to help, the room reeks of stale smoke. 3rd night nope nothing! was told by the night clerk to "sleep with my window open and the ac turned on high"!! Wrong answer, checked out and will never use chain again.... As an aside I’m not anti smoking. It’s a hay-fever type reaction,get all stuffed up and can’t breath after a few hr’s and it becomes a b*#q! to sleep!! Quite simply the worst effort to address my i

Love Country Inn and Suites
We always use Country Inn and Suites when we travel. They have a great breakfast that includes hot and fresh made Belgium waffles. They are reasonable priced and very friendly. Such a pleasure to stay with them!

I wouldn’t go there again.
1. The room had lovely wreaths--which hadn’t been dusted in months. 2. The whirlpool wasn’t clean--ring around the tub. 3 The breakfast room was small and crowded. 4. The matresses were wearing out.
