Pricey, but nice.
First room offered us was noisy from the A/C units in the roof top of a neighboring building. We immediately asked for another room on the opposite side and were accomodated. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Spend some time people watching at the busy 12th and Market street intersection from a sofa in the comfortable lounge area.

Bad weekend to stay
We have stayed here before and hope that this was just an off weekend. The hotel is in a great location, and normally has a very attentive staff and clean rooms. Unfortunately on our stay our room was very dirty and had a horrible smell.

Very easy to get to Old Town as well as China Town and shopping.

Loews Philly Luxury
The hotel staff jumped at the opportunity to assist me with questions about local landmarks, restaurants, and a few personal items. The conference that I attended, obviously had great coordination between the conf organizers and the hotel. Great execution and the attendees all remarked on the high end lunches.
