The room was clean and neat ...( we had no windows so no view). It was across the hall from the night club AND WAS VERY VERY NOISY untill the Club closed at 2 in the morning...also the night club crowd hung out in the hall outside our room. Did not feel safe leaving..

Not Impressed
I stayed in a guest suite, the rooms furnishings were old and out dated the only thing current in the room was the sleep number bed which was good. The front desk failed to give me my wake up call as requested, good thing I set my cell phone for 15 mins later then the requested call or I would have been late for a very important appointment. The bathrooms in the basic guest suite were very tight and still had 1970s wall paper on them. My sister stay in a "luxury" guest suite with all the bells an whistles. I would just venture to say that all of their guest suites should be updated not just the luxury ones. All their guests deserve the same no matter what type of room they stay in.

Not what I expected
My reservation was for a Guest Room-Sleep Number Bed with King bed. When I arrived- I was given a choice of the "hospitality suite" which featured a pull out sleeper sofa or the attic - which turned out to a windowless room without the advertised sleep number bed. In order to get to the room- you had to take the elevator up as far as it would go and then walk up a full fight of stairs. The stairs didnt bother me half as much as the cave like feeling of the room. The wireless internet worked OK - but there was no desk - or I should say there was a large table but neither of the chairs in the room provided you the ability to work comfortably from the table. The other feature I didnt like was that the sink was in a separate part of the room from the toilet and very small shower stall. The water wasnt the hottest either.
