Old Comfort
The hotel is an older hotel of the two main hotels listed in Lincolnton. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was simple but was very clean and the air conditioner worked just fine. The hotel room had a mini refrigerator and microwave. The furniture was old but clean.

You Get What You Pay For
Lincolnton does not have many choices for Hotels, so your picks are limited. All I can say is that it was convenience that made me pick this hotel. My stay was for 4 days to be available for my grandson who was in the hospital. I would not recommend this hotel as a vacation spot, it was just convenient for my situation.

badly in need of repair
This hotel has not been taken care of. The paint was peeling from the window frames. I wonder if the peeling paint is lead based. I killed at least one large spider in the room. I recommend you take it off of your list of available hotels as a favor to your customeras. I didn’t stay for the second night even though it was already paid for.
