Park Inn
The hotel is right on Southampton Row so it can be a little noisy, but the sound-proofing is good so it is not too much of an issue. It is close to the British Museum and within easy walking distance of two tube stations. Buses run right from outside. A range of pleasant restaurants are within a block on either side of the hotel. The hotel seems to serve the business traveller and the rooms are clean, well-maintained and a good size (for London). I would recommend this for travellers particularly interested in being in the Bloomsbury area.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Take the Heathrow Connect, not the Heathrow Express from the airport to Paddington. It takes about 15 minutes longer, but is much cheaper.

Perfection in Bloomsbury
This was my second stay at the Park Inn. Great location for walking to all the museums and close to subway. Modern and very comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

Location Location
The hotel staff were very polite and extremely helpful. Attention to detail was very evident. The room was very clean and the hotel facilities were excellent. Fantastic location both in terms of restaurants and the tube. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to my friends.
Traveler's tip on dining
When using the tube, always purchase a day pass rather than a single ticket as this is very expensive.
