Great Pleasanton location
Kitchenette was a great convenience, unfortunately it did not come stocked with utensils. Room was clean and staff was extremely courteous. Great value!

the gentleman working when i arrived was lovely both for check in and check out! i would stay there again when passing through the bay area!

Will never go back
My stay was a nightmare. On arrival they gave us a smoking room and told it is the only room available. On refusing to take the smoking room we were assigned to a room with bad odor. During our two day stay, free wireless internet access as advertised, worked only for 2-3 hours. I will nevr go back
