comfortable beds
Location is excellent, right next to the British Museum, and a well-stocked grocery store is less than a block away. The lobby is graceful, stairways and hallways are decorated with antiques. Staff were terrific: friendly and knowledgeable. Due to their recommendation, we had a wonderful meal at the Turkish restaurant across the street. We had a twin room, the beds were perfectly comfortable with just the right support and the room was immaculate when we returned each day. It was a comfortable and pleasant 5-night stay, a good value for the dollar.
Bring ear plugs its a noisy city at night!

Terrific location
Terrific location. Hotel was as stated in previous reviews--friendly staff, very clean, and room was very small but that was expected. Location made it worthwhile, just outside of Piccadilly Circus near Tottenham Court Rd. so convenient but quiet.

So very convenient
This hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff very pleasant and helpful. Plus its location is fantastic! It is one block from the British Museum and right on the #7 bus line which will take you almost anywhere in London!
