ONE OF THE WORSE
THIS HOTELL WAS MOTEL HELL THERE WAS NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST U CAN BEARLY GET AROUND IN THE ROOM. THE MATTRESS STAINED AND THERE WAS NO ROOM SERVICE UNLESS U ASKED FOR IT..AND THE SO CALLED POOL....FOR THE KIDS.....UNLESS U HAD A VEHICLE TRAVELING WAS HAZARDOUS. . IT WAS A TRANSIENT HOTEL... NOT FOR PLEASURE

Not a good place.
The pool was drained. The beds were awful. The staff knew how bad it was and were obviously ashamed. I would not go again.

Razoos restaurant was awesome! Just 20 minutes away.

Not Impressed
I’m from Columbia, SC and had an early flight from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Staying at the hotel was easier then getting up extra early to drive from Columbia to Charlotte in time to catch a 6:00 am flight. The hotel wasn’t clean. The towels were rough and scratchy, the room very small and the bathroom I am assuming was cleaned but just showing its age. The only time I interacted with staff was at check in and check out but they were nice. I think in this case is you pay for what you get. It served my puposes but I wouldn’t stay here for an extended stay.
