Can’t wait to go back
This was my second stay at the Savoy this year. After I discovered the Savoy last year, I knew I wouldn’t be staying anywhere else. The hotel is located on the quieter side of South Beach, and it is very relaxing and intimate. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean, and the location is very convenient. I have vacationed in South Beach for over 10 years now, and stayed in many hotels, and I fell in love with the Savoy.

Great Beach Access
Nice Hotel with a great pool area. Rooms are big and very clean. Continental Breakfast wasn’t much to speak of but overall a very good experience. Hotel is in walking distance to everything.

WASTE OF MONEY LIES!!!!!!
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! Hotel name states all suites beachfront. Lie Number One. Was given ground floor room, with the windows, and what were designed to look like balcony doors facing busy street. Bedroom window directly off street as well, which leads to lie number 2. We were told all suites have balconies, the doors that looked like they were balcony doors, were sealed shut, looking out we were faced with steel bars. Lie Number 3, free continental breakfast, free breakfast consisted of juice and water. Actually Eating anythign cost money, with slow rude service, with gratuity automatically included, so no reprecucisons to wait staff for poor service. And lie number 4, a $90.00 add-on charge to my credit card for mini-bar that I did not use... For $90.00 I shuld get to take the mimi-fridge home with me. Hotel did reverse the charge only after I called and informed them I work for bank and knew my billing rights and was going to have credit card dispute charges and file chargeback. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
