hmmmm.... Got training???
It is an okay hotel. I did not wake up early enough for the breakfast. At check in; the front desk agent was friendly and very accommodating. It seems she was new, there was no name tag. Overall, it seems like a new hotel but the staff needs a bit more training.During my stayed; it seems that I had three different housekeeping personnel- every time my rooms was made a different amenities was place in the room. At check in; we were not given soap. The next day; they didn’t give us cups and on the final day they didn’t feel the need to add shampoo. guess what?? For the first time, I realized we were suppose to get the bath gel. At the time of check out; I pointed an discrepancy in my bill. I was assure it will be taken care; three days later I had to call the hotel for the correction.

This was the perfect hotel to stay!!! The staff was friedly and wonderful!!!! The breakfast was great every morning!!!! I will stay here every time I viisit Columbia!!!!!

One of the nicest hotels i’ve stayed in thus far.
My family and i came in from Texas to South Carolina for my daughters graduation from Basic Combat Training. The front desk manager was very nice and helpful. Check in was fast and easy, and check out was also. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
