About what I was expecting
The Emu Walk Apartments were about what I expected: nothing flashy, but comfortable enough. Overpriced for what most would think about a 1 bedroom apartment, but everything at the resort complex is, so you have to get over paying $14 for a beer. It was great to have a kitchen, even if all we used was the refrigerator to keep our water and other drinks cold. Centrally located to most of the restaurants and the grocery store. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, just dont expect anything fancy.
Try to be there during a new moon or a full moon (not in between) because you will see such amazing stars or views of the moon, respectively, that youve never seen. It gets really hot there in the summer months (dec-feb). When we were there at the end of October it was in the mid to upper 90s during the day. Buy the anti-fly cream stuff at the book store, it works wonders! Oh, and DO NOT book transportation to and from the airport because there are free shuttles that take you to your accommodations.

Waste of money
For the price paid the Apt should have been 5 Star. At best 3 Star.
