CENTRAL / GOOD BREAKFAST / TIRED CONDITION
CENTRAL LOCATION BUT VERY TIRED HOTEL - CRACKED GLASS WARDROBE DOORS/NO PLUG FOR BATH/WORN CARPET/HARD OLD MATTRESSES. WOULD NOT RATE A 4 STAR. BREAKFAST WAS FAIRLY GOOD. NO INFO IN ROOM FOR EXTRA COSTS EG: LAUNDRY/FRIDGE DRINKS. NO INTERNET SERVICE AS EXPECTED. STAFF GAVE DIFFERENT ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS RE: COMPUTER/FEES. TOO EXPENSIVE.

INTERNET CAFE OFF NATIONAL - VERY CHEAP. FIND A SUPERMARKET (SPAR) TO SAVE ON DRINKS & FOOD. ONE CLOSE TO TREVI FOUNTAIN.

Good hotel if you are spending most of your time out sightseeing.
We stayed on the lobby level and although it was very quiet at night, there was a bit of noise in the hotel in the mornings and that may disturb some people. Location was terrific and there was no outside noise.

Excellent Location
Walking distance to The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazzas’, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful.
