Not up to to the chain’s standard
Two disappointments. First, the temperature control on the shower didn’t work. One time too hot to take a shower another time only cold water. The desk clerk was very apologetic, but.... Alone in the lobby, I waited to ask the desk clerk a simple question, but was kept waiting nearly ten minutes while she helped someone on the phone with a reservation. The paying customer standing in front of you is more important than the one on the phone who might become a customer. This was a different clerk, who was again very apologetic, but....

Very convenient, quiet and friendly!
This hotel is within walking distance of the Fox River Mall. Also located right off of US 41 near many franchise restaurants. The pool area is always very clean, the continental breakfast is tasty and we have found the staff to always be helpful and courteous.
This hotel has suites which makes it very accommodating for families.
