Very comfortable and quiet.
Well satisfied with room and overall motel appearance. One thing that should be noted, the United States flag flying is bad need of replacement. It should be properly retired and replaced as soon as possible. A local VFW/American Legion/Am Vets/Boy Scout organization would be glad to retire and properly dispose of the existing flag.

You get what you pay for!!
Price was $30 less than the Best Western in Hines however, the picture was so deceiving. OLD hotel. Hard spring mattress. Sign in room states...."do not clean birds in the bathtub". That says it all.

Shower/Bath faucet was nearly falling off. Very difficult to set the water and it is going to fall off-notified manager.
