Awful
We reserved a nonsmoking room, but we were put in a smoking room. We have a daughter with asthma who was up all night wheezing. When we got to the room, we called the front desk and they said they were booked and had no other rooms for us. The lady said she would bring us an air freshener, but she never came. This was the weekend the WVU students were arriving for the semester, so all of the hotels in town were booked.

Great for the price!
This hotel perfectly served my needs: a place to stay in the middle of a road trip that was not too expensive. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was nice. Good buy.

Not bad for a short stay.
I stayed at this hotel about five years, and it had beautiful mountain views. Upon my return, I was disappointed to find the views blocked by a monsterous shopping plaza. The hotel itself is fine, but not how I remember it. The upside, there is plenty to do around the hotel.
