Andaz Liverpool Street - a Hyatt Hotel

Highly recommended

Very large room that accomodated the 3 of us. Daughter was on crutches and they bent over backwards to make her comfortable. Very knowledgeable staff--everything from restaurants, markets and theater. We did not have to ask for a thing (extra towels, etc) - they anticipated our needs in advance.

Modern Style, Good Location

This is one of those accommodation establishments whose management goes out of its way to be as original and as creative as possible, to make your stay a memorable experience. All guests are warmly greeted with a drink and small snack of their choice, being checked-in sitting on one of their over-sized sofas and enjoying the sophistication of Hotel’s lobby. The same goes for check-out. I have stayed there for seven days and even though I spent most of my time in London exploring the city and its attractions, every night when I returned to the hotel, my room was impeccably clean and the minibar was restocked with their free-of-charge organic juices and waters; I’ve always been greeted by the smiling hotel stuff, provided with precise and smart recommendations for dining, that never once have had disappointed me. Everything around this hotel is very modern, sometimes compromising the feeling of luxury that you’ve come to expect from a five-star Hyatt hotel, and that’s why I rated "4" the comfort of my room. As to the location, it’s truly a great one, - Liverpool underground Station is just around the corner. Have no doubts, - go ahead and book this fine hotel, you won’t regret it!

Go to Liverpool Station for breakfast; there are tens of places you can get a cup of coffee, a pastry (British original, must try!), or whatever else you like having for on-the-go breakfast before you hit the city. Prices are quite reasonable for this generally expensive city, as you see many locals do the same.

Satisfactory Hotel

Good hotel, no defects found. What I appreciate in an hotel is the acoustic insulationa and in this hotel it was very good.

Best Hotel Ever... Super Clean!

This hotel was amazing! The staff greeted us with coffee... They were professional, friendly and very helpful with directions and suggestions, even let us check in early... The room was so extremely clean, I actually felt clean showering there. The hotel is beautiful, the location is great. I would totally recommend this hotel. I am picky person and I can’t think of one bad thing to say about this place. Amazing hotel.

Beyond my expectations!

We had a wonderful experience at The Andaz Hotel. The service was over the top, the food delicious, the room and hotel were beautiful. It is located next to the train and underground making it very easy to travel around London. We highly recommend The Andaz.We were treated like we were friends coming to visit. Love it!

Easy in easy out!

My idea of a wonderful hotel!

Arrived Christmas Eve and were met in the lobby by delightful guest services staff who checked us in early and guided us to our nice big rooms with stylish yet comfortable furniture. Huge bathrooms with gleaming tile and enormous towel-warmers. Many things in London are closed over the holidays but guest services made great efforts to help us get around town and find open attractions. Great location, right next to Liverpool Station, so the trip from the airport on the express train then tube were a piece of cake. Oh, and there were always cookies and fruit for us in the lobby and free tea and coffee. Room service was quick and pleasant with excellent food. The ANDAZ also has art scattered in unexpected places, which was fun to discover and admire. I did not want to leave!

Right near Spitalfields Market with terrific restaurants, and near Brick Lane, the curry center of London, with some vintage stores thrown in.

Great Hotel

This Hotel is properly run and the staff were very friendly. I have zero complaints about this Hotel and enjoyed my stay. Keep in mind the Hotel is in the Financial district and away from things but it’s real nice and quiet. Additionally, how many 5 Star Hotels or any Hotel for that matter that offer complimentary breakfast and WiFi!?

Convenient location comes at a cost

The Andaz is conveniently located just right for business and next door to Liverpool station. There is a lot of things to do at a walking distance and there are nice restaurants in the hotel itself.

Andaz was nice

Great location and very comfortable and generous room. The food available via the hotel and the establishments contained within were also excellent. The only item that was odd was the water pipes which were quite noisy when one took a shower? Otherwise a great stay and certainly a place I would stay again.

Laundry service was great and it was nice to have the majority of clothes clean as I headed home rather then dirty.

Great hotel! Room was very clean, large and new. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Restaurants were wonderful. Location was great. Highly recommend.

Room service and furniture could be better

I stayed for two weeks and the only plus point was the proximity to the place of work. The room service was not up to the mark and there wasn’t any table for dinner/breakfast in the room.
