Worst Experience of Hotel Stay
This hotel is my worst experience of all the hotel stay. Thought Ramada is a reputable hotel chain, and is very close to my client, so picked. Room was not clean, carpet was like never cleaned or shampood, bathroom towels were like kitchen rags, gray and torn. TV does not work with no service, bed was lumpy, and smells. Worse than a "two-bit" motel.

DISGUSTING! DONT EVEN THINK OF BOOKING THIS!
TERRIBLE! I would NEVER go back even if it was just $20 bucks a night. The first room we had, the room phone didnt work and 3/4 of the lamps in the room did not work at all. So we had to go back downstairs to the front desk and tell them about it. The staff said they would have someone available to fix it at 8pm. Five hours after check in. So we requested a different room. The second room we had did not have a minifridge/microwave and again 2 lamps did not work. When we went back downstairs to tell the staff, they said we would have to pay MORE money to upgrade the room if we were not satisfied. The guy copped an attitude with us! Also, the complimentary breakfast was the saddest thing ever! I would have went to a homeless shelter and had bread that wasnt stale and a better meal to begin with! Also, the bathroom was dirty (floors/mirror) wasnt clean. And worst of all, the TOWELS WERE STAINED with all sorts of yellow colors! It was the MOST DISGUSTING thing ever! Needless to say, I asked the staff for another set of towels, and I was presented with the same disgusting set of yellow stained towels, so I went to walmart and bought myself a towel to use. I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

It was ok. Nothing fantastic.
We stayed here for 1 night on our way to NYC. It was exactly what we needed ........... a place to lay our heads. The breakfast was really bad, no orange juice, barely any decent food. Getting help or directions from the front desk was impossible. The only good thing I can say is the late night front desk guy is awesome, he went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed.
