Enjoyable Stay
This was the first night/leg of a 3,200 mile motorcycle ride. The front desk staff were very friendly and informative. The pool/jacuzzi were a great relief from the heat of the day. The room was nice, clean and the A/C worked like a champ. Breakfast was free and better than most free breakfasts.
Traveler's tip on dining
Great Mexican food at El Rancho a couple of miles away. Hospitality was only topped by the great meal.

not too impressed
the room we requested was not given. we wanted a non smloking room and was given a smoking room that smelled awful. the whole set up was inconvenient. you had no direct access to your room and had to lug your belongings up several steps and repark your car once unloaded and that was for a first floor room!way over priced for what you get. would never stay there again

over several blocks the only thing we found open was a dennys. this was on a saturday afternoon
