Unacceptable
My family had 6 rooms for 1 night up to 4 nights each reserved to attend my wedding. When asked to change one of the rooms to a different night due to an emergency we were refused and given an excuse which was not entirely correct. I stayed in a room the night before my wedding, check in time is 3pm, check out is 11am. When asked for a late checkout at 1pm I was refused and told noon was the latest I could stay. Management was cold. This is a small hotel, our family were practically the only ones there.

Not very accessable.
The entrance to the hotel was not a clearly marked entrance. Probably because it is so close to the interstate.
