front desk staff
the front desk staff was not good at all we went up to maggie valley for my girlfriends birthday which coinsided with the maggie valley bike ralley.. the woman at the front desk was very unpleasant to deal with and was heard making crud remarks about the bikers... the bikers were very nice and caused no trouble... we ride motorcycles and found this to be ofensive and out of place.. i would not stay there again and would like to know what i can do to posible get my money back from them.......

Probably one of the best motels in Maggie Valley. It garners consistently good reviews and we were completely satisfied with our stay.

LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT STAY AT RAMADA
I WAS SO PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING IN THE HOTEL.THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY AND EVERYONE DOES THEIR BEST TO MAKE YOUR STAY PLEASANT.I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE.THEY OFFER THE BEST CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST I HAVE EVER SEEN,NOT JUST JUICE,COFFEE AND DANISHES.THEY OFFER FRESH HOMEMADE WAFFLES,CEREALS,ALL KINDS OF MUFFINS AND DANISHES,COFFEE’S,MILK JUICE AND AN ASSORTMENT OF FRUIT.NO NEED TO GO OUT TO EAT ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE CHILDREN WITH YOU.THEY OPEN THE CONTINENTIAL ROOM AT 6 A.M. AND IT IS JUST SO NICE TO GO AND JUST RELAX WITH A CUP OF COFFEE OR A COMPLETE BREAKFAST.I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL VERY HIGHLY.THAT WILL BE MY PLACE TO STAY WHEN VISITING MAGGIE VALLEY OR SURROUNDING AREA’S.THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR STAY FOR 4 NIGHTS AND 5 DAYS SO PLEASANT AND ENJOYABLE. I WILL SEE YOU IN THE FALL:)
