Satidfactory but not great
Hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating, especially when they had to switch our room since the original one did not have the advertised internet connection . However the room we transferred to had a noisy, barely functional ac.

Excellent for the price.
This is a very quiet, clean, and well-run place to stay. Convenient to town and attractions, and a quick ride to Ausin or San Antonio areas. What it lacks in amenities, it more than makes up for in comfort and value for your dollar. It is definitly on my list of future places to stay when in the San Marcos area.

Great for Parents
We were in town to help our daughter move from one apartment to another at Texas State. It was a great place to stay with continental breakfast provided. It was exactly what we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
