Nothing special, skimpy Continental breakfast, inconvenient parking...but fairly quiet, fairly clean, fair value for the price.

Clean and convenient
Hotel was on main street in Fremont. Room was clean with basic furnishings. Curtain blocked morning sunlight very well. AC was adequate. Village Inn restaurant two doors down was a good breakfast and late night eatery.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Stayed at hotel while attending College World Series in Omaha, an easy 45 minute drive.

Maybe in the future
Owner said he had been off site for a length of time and told me that he would be repairing items. The promo said a suburb of Omaha. There was a good 10 miles of farms between Omaha and this hotel! I call that a totally different location.
