When we checked out I left an item in the hotel room. I contacted them and they promptly found the item and mailed it to me.

this hotel was just what we wanted.

I stayed here with my daughter and sister for a visit to Columbus. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. Sleep was no problem and the staff was very very friendly and helpful. I would love to stay here again.

I had to stay for 4 nights. I had stayed in hotels before and always dread the bed. Usually hard as a rock... I was especially not looking forward to this trip as it would be 4 nights. wonder of wonders! The Hyatt had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel! I may look into getting one for myself. Also, the oveall interior of the hotel made me feel like I was at a swanky place - without the swanky cost!

Nice hotel!

The Hyatt was very nice and clean! Definitely recommend it! Rooms were very big with new, nice furniture. Staff was nice and helpful as well.

Very Impressed

I was very impressed with the hotel based in light of the great deal I got for it on Expedia. The hotel was much more that I expected from the moment I arrived. There was a beautiful lobby, large room with all the amentities and more including a sitting area and a large flat screen TV. I will definitely be back again!

seems brand new, exquisite. very comfortable bed. we wanted for nothing and are planning to stay there when we return in July.

Very Nice Hotel

We stayed at this hotel the night before a hockey tournament in Dublin along with a few other teams. The rooms were perfect to host groups of kids (or adults) with a large common area and flat-screen TV that swivels. Very nice.

Altogether pleasant stay

The hotel has the feel of a luxury hotel, however the price is moderate. The front desk staff was especially courteous and helpful. I will stay there again any time I have the opportunity.

Very Good Choice

Very comfortable and convenient to Dublin area. Very attentive and helpful staff. Good breakfast, bar service, comfortable lounge, and free wi-fi. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice and convenient

The hotel was undergoing renovation both inside and outside during our stay. We did not know this until we arrived and there was little signage up to provide information on arrival. We have stayed here several times and it is a very nice hotel so I think this trip’s inconvenience was an annomaly.

Screaming guests of wedding party kept me up until 4am.

Our first two nights were very nice and I would have recommended the hotel, but on the third night a wedding party was booked on our floor (apparently, we were the only room on the hall not taken by the wedding party). They began to arrive around midnight, screaming, running from one end of the hall to the other and banging doors. When I complained to the desk clerk, she said she didn’t know why we would have been given that room with wedding party guests booked on all sides of us, but that there was really nothing she could do about the noise (the wedding party guests were unresponsive to all requests). She did offer to move us to another room, but I have a 2 1/2 year old who had been asleep since 8:30pm and moving her would definitely have awakened her. Luckily, once asleep, she sleeps pretty soundly, so the wedding party did not wake her up (her screaming, if she had been awakened would have roused the entire hotel!) I, however, was up until 4am - sushing and rocking my toddler to keep her asleep - and pacing the floor since the noise was too much to allow me to sleep. The next morning, the hotel offered us nothing - not a credit of any kind, not to comp $24 in movie charges, not even an apology. In fact, when we arrived downstairs a few minutes before the end of their breakfast buffet, we were told they were already shutting down and all they could offer us was coffee.

Nice hotel, but loud construction

Overall, the hotel is very nice. It is located right across from the mall, which is a plus. The staff is friendly. The continental breakfast is as basic as you can get, however, delicious apples were always available. At first it looked like decoration, but those apples were real and delicious. However, I went during Thanksgiving and for some reason their maintenance was not off that weekend and I had to get ear plugs because the construction was SOOOO LOUD! The ear plugs didn’t work and if I wasn’t so tired, I would have complained.

I’ll stay again

I used to only look for Hilton Hotels, but now I’ll open up my options to include Hyatt Place. Very cool, chic looking rooms. Felt very comfortable and was very impressed with everything. Highly recommended.

Great hotel if you are staying Dublin

My boyfriend and I live in Chicago (but are Columbus, OH natives) and stayed here for a friend’s wedding. The bed was awesome (I didn’t want to leave it - ever) and the room was clean and had a great high-def flat screen tv, which was great for some of the morning football games. The location is great for Dublin, OH. It’s not all that close to downtown Columbus (where the best action is), but it’s only a short (15 min) drive on 270 or 315 into the city and cabs in the area are very receptive to the hotel and fast to get there. Overall, if you are here for comfort and don’t want to stay downtown, then I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent place to stay while in Columbus

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very very nice, much more than what we expected for the low price we paid for the room. Would recommend this to any traveler going to Columbus.

Not worth the Price

The Hotel is ok, the service from the front desk was very nice. However for the price and in that area it is not a value at all and you are nickeled and dimed for everything their Free Breakfast is weak at best I have stayed at far cheaper Hotels and gotten better. Climate in room was also very inconsistent

Very nice. No problems.

This was a great hotel experience. Check in was easy, I didn’t even have to talk to anyone. Room was very clean and the design was just like the picture on Expedia. The only thing I would improve is the bathroom size. Toilet and tub are in a room together and it is a little tight. But, plenty of counter space outside that room and over all this was a pleasant experience. A++
