Not Impressed
I have to say, this would have to be the worst Express Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at. On check-in the customer before us was given a room that was already occupied. The same occupied room number was on our paperwork, so the same room was given to three different people. The hotel also said the room had not been pre-paid, that the hotel was going to charge us. Thankfully we had our Expedia print-out that said the room was paid in full or we would have been charged twice for the room. The fold out couch had disgusting stains on it. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Doggy toaster that either caught the toast on fire or didn’t toast at all. Juice machines were turned on just prior to breakfast being closed. This hotel is extremely close to the M6. The windows do not shut tight, so if you are a light sleeper you will be disturbed by the noise. It also lets a draft in the room.
