Express by Holiday Inn Birmingham NEC a good choice near the airport
I needed a good value, near the Birmingham airport for an early morning flight connecting to an International long-haul flight. Express by Holiday Inn worked perfectly. The staff also went the extra mile and found a cell phone charger that made a big difference for me. Will probably be my first choice when staying in Birmingham.

Express by Holiday Inn
Nice hotel, just wish they had a courtesy phone or even a pay phone in the lobby to use so you can call a cab. The front desk did not want us to their phone and we did not have a global phone at the time to use so we had to walk back to the airport and use their pay phones. Otherwise, not a bad room especially since we hardly spent any time in there we were always on the go.
