Good value for the price
Friendly staff, however the maid service was sort of hit or miss. Easy access to Memphis buses (within 1/2 block every 1/2 hour on weekdays but almost no bus service on Sundays); Easy on/off Interstate 40; safe location; no pool!! But these budget rooms had refrigerator and microwave and good tv selection. Very affordable. I would stay there again.

Ok for the price
I stayed there with my aunt for 10 days. It’s really "you get what you pay for". It’s very simple, with a simple, but good breakfast. They only cleaned our room once a week. The rest of the days they only changed the towels. Overall it was ok. Regarding location, it’s better to rent a car due to the distance to downtown and Graceland. It took about 30min to Graceland and 30 to Downtown. However, it’s very near a large mall called Waldorf Galleria and other shopping areas on the same street as the mall(about 5 minute drive).
