MIxed Review
Check-in staff was down right rude. We arrived about an hr early and it was the end of their shift, but still! The evening/night shift and all valet personnel are extremely nice and accomodating!!! We were unable to access the internet from our room as the previous guest cut the wires, but the night staff was trying their best to help out. The rooms are on the smaller size with three people sharing a room. But for the location and price, it worked out just fine. We walked to/from the Sommet center several times. The walk back to the hotel is ALL UP HILL!! Just pace yourself and all should work out ok. There is only one elevator and it is slow! With that and only 1 valet person, check-out may be a little aggravating. There was a huge concert/benefit going on so maybe next time it won’t be so busy.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location to the Ryman Auditorium is excellent! Will stay here again.

Great location a block from Beale Street
We were satisfied with the Best Western. It was just one block from Beale street, the rooms were very nicely decorated and clean (except we had to ask for our bed to be remade at checkin because the sheets didn’t look fresh.)
Traveler's tip on nightlife
The music on the strip is fantastic. If you get to see the band called Delta Highway, buy their CD, it’s amazing!
