Pros: Close to north shore ski resorts and Truckee is nice Cons: Noisy (right on I80), heater wasn’t great (but works), room service comes knocking at 8:30-9

Worst service! STAY AWAY
The hotel is a big disappointment. It shouldn’t bear Holiday Inn’s name. The room is unclean and the heater is a joke. The worst part is the staff. They are rude and do not care about customers needs and satisfaction. Both families in our trip cannot sleep through the night. STAY AWAY!! You deserve something better with your money.
