Location, Courtesy, and Covenience!!!
Located within just blocks of Westminster Abbey, New Scotland Yard, Buckingham Palace, AND the tube station, the location is ideal! Breakfast is a "wonderful spread" that is served daily in the dining room, though it is a little pricey if not included with the room. If you didnt get it included, there are a handful of places within a block or two where you can get the full breakfast for 1/3 of the cost {though the in-house convenience is very nice. Did I mention that the array of culinary delights, in regard to the full English breakfast, was fabulous?!}.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Make the trip uptown to experience the Tower of London. It is WELL worth the admission.

Quiet hotel; great location
This hotel is in a great location, minutes from Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, etc. New Scotland Yard is just around the corner, and so there is a visible police presence in the neighborhood. It felt quite safe. The staff was so-so, not very friendly. And our A/C did not work and was not attended to while we were there for 2 nights in August. Theres a great little Italian bakery around the corner on the way to Westminster Abbey for a great breakfast at a fraction of the cost of the hotel.
Traveler's tip
Take the #11 bus, which stops at Victoria Street/New Scotland Yard, right around the corner. this bus runs past Big Ben/Parliament, through Trafalger Square, and down Fleet Street past St. Pauls. Get a Travel Card (about 5 pounds and good for unlimited travel on tube or bus for a day).
