will definitely go back
Got in late & the front desk extended the pool hours for my 15 & 9 yr old kids so they could swim as long as they wanted, past midnight. Pool area was clean & front desk staff were extremely nice. I ended up getting sick the next morning & they let me stay 3 hrs past check out time so I could sleep & rest & they did not charge me anything extra!! Breakfast was free & family enjoyed it. Good value for the price, only negative was that the walls seemed a little thin & I could hear the people in the room next to me every time they ran their water, shower, or toilet flushing.

Very satisfied would definitely stay again
I have to say I was really impressed with the fresh baked donuts in the morning! Dont usually find that at most hotels. The staff when I arrived was very friendly and eager to please. The hotel was easy to get to close to the freeway and the rooms were quiet and clean. I felt it was a great value for the money and would highly recommend it.

This Hotel is old and tired
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had to wait for check in as 2 staff members sat in the lobby and ate. The hotel keys did not work in the pool or exit doors - you had to jiggle the handle and key several times to make it work - hotel staff says it happens often. Pool area is nice, but floor is very slippery. Sheets on the bed were tissue paper thin, blankets had burn holes, bathroom fixtures had burns, lots of smoke in the hallway from guest room smokers. Pillows were hard and nothing more than batting in a pillow case. Coffee pot was not cleaned or changed for second day. Waffles and coffee for breakfast were good, but eggs are reconstituted and rubbery, bakery goods are more than day old. We will spend more the next time, feel safe and avoid this substandard hotel.
Avoid staying in Brooklyn Center - stay closer to Maple Grove for the sake of safety.
