we asked to move us from construction, but they tried to place us anyway in construction area, liers
hotel is not bad, a little old. No Iron in hotel!!!! they charge you 8-10 EUR to iron 1 piece!!!

Not worth what you pay for
The hotel is centrally located and i think has the best hotel location in Cannes but the services are not upto 5 star hotel. There is no swimming pool no Gym (aparently under construction) . YOu have to keep asking for bathroom toiltieries , there are no Hermes products in the bathroom . The TV is too small for the size of the room , no complimentary fruit basket or coffee or tea in the room , they refuse to give iron or ironing board . The business centre use is charged by the hour to enter it is E15 The bathroom smells of urine interactive guest info regarding billing does not apear on the TV and stangely an important sports channel is in black and white and they did not fix for the past 3 days breakfast buffet is very limited , only 3 hot choices and no chef to make you omelete or sunny side eggs. This is not a 5 star hotel you can say 3or 4 at best I do not recomend it as a 5 star hotel.
