Great Vaule
Overall hotel was nice , service was good . When I checked in with my children ; I noticed the one of the pillows had a stain on it and the tub had hairs in it . I called the front desk and they quickly changed my room . they aplogized and gave me and my family a cupon for free breakfast the next day . The new room was very very clean . I guess whoever cleaned the prior room was in a rush to do it . I even did my laudry before going back home and they provided free detergent and fabric softner . the washer and dryer only costed me one dollar .Overall close to Sesame place and hotel was worth the money .

Very fine stay
Everyone was friendly and courteous; rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay there again. Good location for accessing Philly; turnpike close, Route 1, etc. For those interested in casino, there’s one adjacent to the hotel.

OK hotel if you need to be in the area. Plenty of chain restaurants in the area. Nothing special about this hotel.

It was typical
It was fine. I always try to stay at Marriotts. I did not like the jump in price if I wanted the breakfast package.I usually had that in the past for a much cheaper price. Staying at other hotels usually offers a free continental breakfast.

Sesame Place Stay over Night
Nice hotel, clean, nice expensive, would potentially go again. The pool water was kind of cold, could’ve been warmed out a bit. Overall, happy with my staying.

Worth the money
This was a very nice hotel to stay in. Everything was clean and the service people were very friendly and helpful. Requests for extra towels and blankets were promptly accomodated. The breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of different choices. The pool area was clean with many chairs and tables. Towels were provided at the pool. Snacks and drinks were available at all times. The bar was available for drinks during the evening. This hotel is well worth the money and I would recommend without reservation.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Sesame Place was the biggest hit with the kids. The adults enjoyed the Cracker Barrel restaurant and the Nesheminy mall.

Very nice
My trip was a combination of business and pleasure and the hotel was great for both. Breakfast was wonderful, even with a room full of high school students! Definitely would go back.

need better maintenance
it was nice to have 2 phones in the room because the 1st nite only 1 of them worked. the next night, neither of them worked. very frustrating experience.

Neat & Petite
Friendly & attentive staff...Clean and tidy room with comfy bed and one big window. I liked the arrangement of furniture and stately decor in our room. The bathroom was a little small with the door opening in...Overall, it was very neat and comfortable. Didn’t get to try the breakfast, but passing through it looked like they rid of the buffet style and actually had you sit, look over a small menu and place an order with a server. Nice touch!

Some communication difficulties
I’m not sure if this is a problem that one encounters typically when booking a hotel on line, but when we got to the hotel we ran into two problems...one, although I booked a room for two adults and three children, even including the ages of my children (all are over 6, no infants), when we got there I was told there were no cots or rollaway beds available at all in that hotel. So they allowed me to book for five, but then they had no accommodations for five. I asked, then, for extra sheets, blankets and pillows so one child could sleep on the floor, but they were never delivered to our room. Secondly, when I booked the room I booked the "breakfast special," which said "free hot breakfast," but at the front desk they told me I did NOT book the free breakfast and it was not available. After arguing for a while they did begrudgingly hand over some free breakfast coupons. Overall the hotel was nice and clean and comfy and the breakfast was delicious, but it was not a stress-free stay.

Nice Stay but a few recommendations....
Many of the electrical outlets were loose in the wall and I was unable to plug in my cell phone, etc. Also, computer desk had no extra outlets for a computer---I had to unplug a lamp in order to work on my computer. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean.
