Nice, friendly, clean and very reasonably priced hotel with full breakfast in Casper, WY
If there’s one thing that stood out the most with the La Quinta in Casper, it was the friendliness of the staff. The receptionists and other staff were all without fail helpful and friendly. The room was clean, reasonably sized (I’d have preferred a queen rather than full bed, but hey, the price was more than fair). There was high-speed wireless internet access, a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, and everything else you’d expect from a room anywhere close to this rate. It’s very rare to find a FULL breakfast (eggs, sausage, yogurt, pancakes, fruit, cereal, etc.) in this type of hotel for this price. Since our family has to eat gluten-free, the hotel’s inclusion of eggs, sausage, yogurt and other "GF" items was really great. There was no pool. The fitness room was small (one treadmill, one stairmaster and one recumbent bike; no weights), and the treadmill was broken. But these were minor concerns. The price reflects that this isn’t intended to be a destination resort or a five-star hotel: it’s just a good, clean, friendly, reasonably-priced hotel for leisure and business travelers on a budget. We were impressed and would stay again.

Great Hot Shower And Breakfast
The hotel breakfast was awesome! Tasty treats and well presented! The room was very clean, and the shower just perfect! Nothing like a hot shower and multiple shower settings to massage those sore muscles! The only issue I saw was the dead grass, which was the result of a misguided sprinkler system. They said the fix it guy was on his way!
