Welcome to Prescott, Arizonas mile-high city and Everybodys Hometown. Our 70-room Americas Best Value Inn is located a short stroll from historic downtown Prescott on Sheldon Street just west of the intersection of Highways 69 and 89. Our rooms are comfortable and super clean. Our staff is friendly and helpful. We provide excellent value for your lodging dollar. Children 12 and under stay free. We are dog friendly for a 15 USD charge per stay. America West Airline magazine recently featured Prescott, calling it one of the Southwests most charming and authentic destinations. There is an old west history: Prescott has over 600 buildings on the national Register of Historic Places. At the same time, Prescott is the site of what will soon be the largest solar production plant in the world. Its location in Arizonas central mountains, amongst the worlds largest stand of ponderosa pines, gives Prescott four mild seasons as well as breathtaking views and over 450 miles of hiking, biking, and horseback-riding trails. It is also home to the Worlds Oldest Rodeo, which takes place each summer.

Decent Value
Clean room, comfortable bed, 10 minute walk from downtown and a good price. Pool was out of service, but could’ve been because it was late October? Overall satisfied. I’d stay again.
