Gainesville Bargain
Very friendly staff, clean, inexpensive, continental breakfast included. Great location, one block from a shopping mall (try the Alehouse--tasty food and a fantastic beer selection).

Good for a football trip
I booked this place a few weeks before the Florida Tennessee game so it was one of the last places left in town. The room was clean and very no frills but that is what you expect. I felt fairly safe here. The noise from the AC blocked the interstate noise. I’d stay here again if there were not many other options.

Hotel staff was very nice, let us check in very early. The AC was so goo it made it feel like the Artic.
