Clean and Friendly
The management was very friendly and accomodative. We stayed on the second floor and there was convenient access with the elevator. The room was OK and there was free WIFI, which we used extensively. It was easy to get to off of I95 and good overnight stay on the way to Rhode Island and Southern Mass.

It’s what you would expect from a Super 8. It is clean though and the continental breakfast is pretty good.

Filthy hotel, direspectful staff, worst hotel experience of my life
I am writing this from my room right now. Staff is completely disrespectful. Our room and the entire non-smoking wing reek of cigarette smoke. We asked for assistance from the front desk and were told that they can’t control what people are doing. Toilet barely or doesn’t flush. Room is filthy. By this point we’re beaten down and accepting the filth to get some much needed rest. There were also some issues with our reservation (confirmed and pre-paid through expedia and we arrived with the confirmation email in hand) and the person at the front desk would not assist in any way... He wouldn’t allow us to use the phone and he was unwilling to call a manager, Super 8 corporate or expedia to fix the situation because he wanted to keep the business line open. He basically told us it was our responsibility to find a pay phone and call expedia to have them fax over some information that he claimed to need. I asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else... but of course that’s not possible either!! We booked 2 nights but may have to eat the cost and find another place for tomorrow night.
