Room was very comfortable. Lobby was great.
I loved the breakfast "nook" area. The hotel staff was friendly. Our toilet clogged our first night, but maintenance fixed it right away. TV with cable was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The fridge and hair dryer in the room was great.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
There is a Wal-Mart and McDonald’s in the same shopping center. There was also a Chik-fil-A. So you can shop, eat, and sleep all in the same area. There was also a nice restaurant in the same lot.

Will Stay Again
This is not a new hotel, but my room was clean and quiet, the area seemed safe, access to Fort Gordon and Augusta is easy, and the price was right. The continental breakfast was very limited, but with a frig and microwave in the room, I have no complaints.

Mixed feelings
I guess if you need to stay near the base it is ok but it was too far away from restaurants, shopping etc. Also, the "continental breakfast" left something to be desired; the milk was left out and open and warm by 7:30 a.m. didn’t take a chance on it, but the people were very nice and the accomodations were adequate. Did have problems connecting with their wi-fi service.
Traveler's tip
Good place for people just needing a place to stay for the night and keep going (Racetrac right next door) and easy access to interstate. I was commuting to South Carolina so it was great for that part of trip but not so great in the evenings.
