Bad rooms, service,
Beds are very old. No refrigerators in room. Small pool that was shared with the other hotel. Breakfast was sorry. Door lock did not work with card so manager had to open door each time with key. Room service did not clean room and did not leave extra shampoo althought asked four times..

Don’t stay in Valdosta if you help it! Rooms rates are too high for the room condition and poor the service. I was very disappointed .

Took good care of me
As a disabled senior traveling with a ginormous service dog, they treated me like a treasured family member. When my plan delayed in Atlanta storm, they sent someone to get me at Valdosta airport even though it was almost midnight. Everything else made me feel as though these people really cared about my well-being.

Very dirty
Upon arrival, the room smelled musty. There was a hairband on the floor that had fallen out of someone’s hair. There was dried urine on the toilet seat and hair in the tub. We called management, who came and cleaned it up, but I still went and bought lysol and colorox clean up because it still seemed so dirty.
