Shuttle access is a crutch
If you plan to visit Chicago downtown, using the shuttle service can be tiring. We chose this hotel because we could access it from the train lines that go to O’Hare airport. There are shuttles that operate between the airport and hotel 24 hrs/day. However, they were not readily available at all times during the day. Several times we had to wait 15 to 30 minutes at the airport to take the shuttle. we also had to wait more than an hour at the hotel one day, although to their credit, this was in their non-peak hours, in the afternoon. So the total trip between downtown Chicago and the hotel can take about two hours. Otherwise the hotel was nice and comfortable with a superb complimentary continental breakfast with pastries and waffles, etc.
The Olympic park was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised with the Art Museum which is next door.

Great value
As typical of Super 8, a solid prperty that was well maintained and upgraded. Have stayed there in the past. Quiet room. Clean. Decent amenties. Can’t beat the price for what you are delivered. Will stay again.

It’s Super!
I was looking for a cheap place to stay with a decent review rate, so I found this. Stayed one-night in O’Hare for a 6AM departure. Upon arrival, called the motel to pick-up from the International Terminal. Within 15 minutes, the driver was waiting in front of door 5E. Staff were friendly. Free Wi-Fi. Only problem was that the toilet kept flushing on it’s own every 3 minutes or so, so that got annoying quick. If you don’t mind jet noise, you are very close to one of the main runway for heavy jets. Great pizza @ Sarpino’s.
