Very convenient and Friendly
Hotel is wonderfully located next to outlet mall. Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. Our room had a very strong sweet smell when we were there which was a little distracting and annoying. However, the price was good and we were only there one night.

Yuck!
They advertise a continental breakfast and at check-in they said to be sure to come down for the fresh waffles starting at 6am. We came downstairs at 6:30 and there wasn’t even coffee made. Definitely not worth it.

This hotel is perfectly fine for a staging ground for a trip to the mountains, which is why we chose it. I do not remember it being clear in the hotel info that it is not really in Dawsonville but in a big commercial area outlying (several miles away). That is probably great for race fans. I didn’t care either but it made it confusing to try to get around when I arrived after dark. Family members said the pool was not as clean as it might be. Generally, however, we thought the place was a good value. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back
