Very nice stay
Extremely well sited in The Rocks, a lively neighborhood with everything within reach: transport, sea, places to shop,nightlife, eateries and see. A hotel with personality and friendly staff. Would definitely go back if going to Sydney again.

Almost Perfect
The rate quoted on the hotels website for valet parking was lower than the actual rate charged at the hotel. I had to query this. Breakfast was ridiculously overpriced so we had to find somewhere else to eat. There was no discount offered for children to eat breakfast. People attending wedding receptions at the hotel would completely take over the bar and terrace, so that there was absolutely nowhere for hotel guests to have a drink or watch the sunset. Very disappointing and frustrating. Surely these people should be accomodated elsewhere in the hotel?
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Rather eat breakfast at one of the lovely coffee shops in The Rocks area. Much better value! If you are staying here, you do not need a car, as you are right in the centre of everything and really close to circular quay.

Great Sydney Location
The Sebel Pier One Sydney is ideally located for visitors to Sydney. Located in the "Rocks" area in a renovated warehouse along the old piers, the hotel is within walking distance to the Sydney Bridge, restaurants and shops in the Rocks, Circular Quay, and the Opera House as well as the central business district. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the dining room overlooking the harbor serves a substantial breakfast each morning as well as lunch and drinks in the evening. Meeting rooms are available for corporate events. Guests on holiday are treated with as much consideration as business guest. I’d stay there again and would recommend it to my friends.
