What to expect: This is one of Rome’s larger hotels, with four wings holding 640 rooms. It is located in the EUR area (Esposizione Universale Romana), the modern business district, started under Mussolini in the 1930s and finished in the 1950s. Guests pass the hotel’s palm trees and park benches to enter the vast lobby of gleaming marble. The Sheraton appeals to business travelers and vacationers who appreciate the wide range of amenities and cosmopolitan ambience.
Amenity highlights: The circular outdoor pool, ringed with a sundeck, has its own fountain. Il Vigneto features an exhibition kitchen and a Mediterranean buffet. Room service is available 24 hours daily.

Just off the lobby are two restaurants, a bar, leather goods, gift shops, and a 24-hour business center with high-speed Internet access (surcharge). The pool with its own fountain is open in summer and becomes the focal point when the restaurant and the live entertainment of the bar move to its side. Il Vigneto - Open all day, this restaurant features a large exhibition kitchen. Offerings include a Mediterranean buffet and a la carte items such as pastas, grilled meats, pizzas, salads, and sandwiches. The setting is warmly casual with sun-colored walls, comfortable chairs, linen tablecloths, flowers, and plants.
Tutta Roma Piano Bar - This bar offers a wide selection of cocktails, as well as sandwiches, pizzas, and desserts. In the evening, guests can dance to live music or relax in the leather club chairs surrounding marble-topped tables. Come summer, the music and dancing are moved outside by the pool.
Recreation
