bad service
Only good thing about this hotel is its location, which is in the center of the city. They have no respect to their customers. One night they had a party downstairs. The music was loud and the party didn’t end till 1AM, which was unacceptable. There is no way you can sleep with such noise. The front desk told us they can’t help for it, because the party people paid money for renting the place in the hotel. We paid too!

Poor Room Allocation
We checked in around 7.00pm Sunday and were given a small room which turned out to be about as far from reception as possible. The room had two single beds pushed together, leaving little space. Both windows were slightly open, having broken handles meaning they could not be closed completely! According to our expedia confirmation, we should have been given a "Family room/upgraded accommodation" but this wasn’t the case. We couldn’t get breakfast as service was from 7.00am and we had to leave then for our flight to the US. Altogther an unsatisfactory experience.
