Scary
I thought I had booked the same hotel I stayed at a few months before. Big mistake! This was on Route 66, was old, and had scary clientele, especially since I was travelling alone! It was very old, and although clean, it was not worth the money. I paid less for a very new, much nicer motel with a free hot breakfast before, but this one did not include breakfast. I won’t go back!

What happened to daily room service??
Well, I’m not really sure where to start. Firstly the pillows in our room were so old they were so flat & lumpy & we were told we could only have 1 extra pillow because they were fully booked & didn’t have more yet when we left our room the next morning were able to see into the housekeeping area where there was a shelf of at least 20 pillows. Secondly, after we came back to the hotel after our first day out exploring, our room was not cleaned & beds were not made or trash taken out...we were told that the Hotel assumes nobody wants their rooms cleaned due to to many accusations of stolen property. Well of course after hearing that we didn’t want them going in our room but we at least needed new towels. So we handed in our old ones (they only give you 2 & no washcloths) & of course there were no others to be had. So we had to wait until we came back from our 2nd day out to get the towels, which we ended up waiting for anyway while they were being cleaned....our car was also scraped along the side while parked in the parking area....oh well, we wont make the mistake of going there again...
