Great Service
The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a walking tour one day when it was raining and the concierge passed out umbrellas to our entire group. I think they also had rain jackets for those who needed them!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
This hotel is in a GREAT location. Close to many wonderful sites and shopping areas. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Wish I could say the same about the beds. They were a bit hard. Overall however, a very nice hotel and I would stay here again.

A great location in Paris
The hotel is ideally located to see the sites(it is within walking distance of many and very close to two site seeing tour bus operators), shop, and good places to eat. We would recommend the Lotti to others, and stay there again if we visit Paris in the future.

Best location and Excellent staff
Excellent hotel choice; centrally located near all the top sights. Great hotel to take an evening stroll under the arcades. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and all were fluent in English. A litte expensive but definitely worth it.
