Mixed Emotions
The hotel overall was okay the exceptionally great service I have to say came from the marketing manager of this hotel and the night shift staff. If it weren’t for them the service would have been terrible from my our standpoint. Initially the service was terrible and they actually wanted the three of us (my daughter, my 6’3 248 pound husband and myself to sleep in a room with only two twin beds! HA. They tried to negotiate that by telling me they could bring in a roll a way bed for my daughter. Were they kidding me? The helpfulness of the staff in the daytime was not impressive at all until the marketing manager came so finally I just dealt directly with him. He made the experience amazing, the dining room staff was also great and breakfast each morning was great. One apple doesn’t always spoil the whole bunch.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Take advantage of the breakfast each morning, the subway is about 4-5 blocks from the hotel and very easy to use. Also you can use the subway to go to and from the airport and that will save you roughly $50-60 bucks round trip as well. There is a call station about two blocks away from the hotel as well if you need to call outside the US ad I recommend using it as the hotel charges about $4.00 a minute.

Worst Experience I’ve Ever Had
I don’t mean to be dramatic, but the drama is necessary. As far as the cleanliness of the hotel, my room was infested with ants. As far as the hotel staff, I found them pleasant until the day of checkout. That is when I received the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Whatever you do, do not do your laundry there. They hid the price list from our room, which is "required" to be in every room. After this, they incorrectly told me the price of our first laundry total, and because of what they primarily told us, we did laundry again. They overcharge and were rude when we tried to explain we had never been given a list of prices for laundry. One man even tried to accuse us of hiding our list in the hotel. Worst customer service of all time!!!!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Don’t get your laundry done. The room service was quite cheap, but laundry was like paying to get everything dry cleaned plus some.
