Not impressed
Reasonable place -- along a canal -- a long walk from the train station, so take a bus. Fairly nice room, of course no air conditioning -- so careful if you go when its hot!! Bruges was beautiful but a tourist haven. The advice from this hotel’s management for lunch and dinner were tourist traps. Thankfully, we only got burned at lunch -- and found an awesome place for dinner on our own. Management seemed to treat us like foolish tourists and that never feels good. Hotel was expensive and came with no breakfast included -- unless you want to spend $25/person for breakfast!!

Excellent Hotel
The Rosenburg Hotel was an excellent find. It is within easy walking distance to all the Bruges attractions, comfortable, quiet, and the hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. I loved the canal view from my room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent value!
Located in a delightful spot and ’off the beaten track’ in Brugge. We stayed in a huge room with all the ammenities. Several excellent restaurants right across the canal. Only concern was that the decor was a little ’dated’ and could use some paint/updated decoration.

Try De Schaaar on the other side of the canal! Outstanding!
